The article examines the tools for assessing effectiveness of public sector projects, which successful implementation is key to improve society welfare and its development. subject research analysis project effectiveness, goal identifying features using Cost Benefit Analysis method during giving recommendations practical application (for example, Kyiv Boryspil Express). objectives are assessment specific this method, overcoming limitations. methods empirical theoretical used get there.
